General Information
1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of artwork offered on it.
1.2 We reserve the right to update or amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Please check this page regularly for updates.
2. Free Delivery
2.1 All orders include Free Standard Delivery with tracking and require a signature on arrival. Items will be dispatched within 3 working days.
2.2 Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
3. Returns Policy
3.1 You may return artwork within 14 calender days of receiving your order.
3.2 Returned items must be in original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund (so please be careful when unpacking the artwork).
3.3 To initiate a refund, please contact us within the 14 day period.
3.4 The artwork must be returned tracked and signed for.
3.5 The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged upon arrival.
3.6 Once we receive the artwork in satisfactory condition a full refund will be issued.
4. Customs Duties and Taxes
4.1 Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees that may apply to their order.
4.2 We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information about these charges before placing your order.
5. Disclaimer
5.1 We make every effort to display artwork colours and details as accurately as possible; however, variations may occur due to monitor settings or lighting conditions.
5.2 Our liability is limited to the price of the purchased artwork. We are not liable for any delays caused by postal services or customs processes.
